HHS Media Center Information

OPPORTUNITIES & ACTIVITIES IN THE MEDIA CENTER

During lunches we offer a quiet space for studying, reading, and a calm time. We have lots of new books, classics, graphic novels, and magazines, to name a few. We encourage all students to READ! Need help finding a good book? - just ask for help!

PLEASE ENTER THE MEDIA CENTER IN A QUIET MANNER & SIGN IN!!!

We strive to have a CALM , SERENE, environment where EVERYONE feels welcome!!

NO FOOD or beverages are to be brought into the Media Center.

DOORS - The Doors to the Great Hall are ALWAYS locked. Enter the Media Center from the Main Doors across from Guidance. During all lunches until 1:20 students MUST exit into the Great Hall.

E-HALL PASS - is ONLY ACCEPTED from a classroom teacher for specific projects/ assignments for their class. Students cannot come to library media center during study hall to work. Students can come anytime, with an E- HALL PASS to print or check out books.

Collaboration Station

Availability - 

The HHS Media Center is open from 7:15 A.M. - 3:00 P.M Monday - Friday. 

Students may visit the HHS Media Center/Maker Space before school, during their lunch time, or after school.

Students must have an E-hall pass from their Academic Teacher upon entering the Media Center during regular school hours.

Students can utilize the HHS Media Center for research, casual reading, and projects.

Books may be checked out for two weeks. Magazines can be checked out for one week. Books and magazines can be renewed multiple times.
